A live project in the heart of the Roedean overlooking the Marina and English Channel beyond. This extensive project involved full architectural & interior design services, including Planning & Building Regulation Applications managed seamlessly by our design team. The construction phase includes complicated demolition & structural alterations to existing, as well as two storey extensions to gable ends to enlarge bedrooms. As well as a two single storey extensions at ground level to create an open plan kitchen & dining area with panoramic views of the sea to the South.
