A flagship project of ours nestled away in the South Downs. Chatwins were appointed under a Design and Build contract to lead the design process from concept through to planning and building regulations, and then took full ownership of the construction phase through our construction management approach. The works involved complete internal and external refurbishment including alterations, as well as a timber clad rear extension.
